holiday which is a cruise… (this will be our last holiday for a while :) )
But I also remembered that I was planning on being at least 30
pounds lighter but the cruise.. right now I only stand at 13 pound lighter.. which is better than a kick in the pants but still..
So I have created for myself the 28 day challenge which will bring me right up until the day of the cruise. Each day I will do some form of exercise (at least 30 minutes) starting tonight.
Each day I will post what I did and include a picture or two as proof..
At the end of if I have done something each day and posted something about it I will reward myself somehow on the trip. Not sure of what yet but here goes …
