I have to say that the crunch and leg raises where easy. The sit ups not so much as I struggled towards the end a big but still did them. The plank.. well.. although I hate the plank I did it but really struggled just to keep 10 seconds.. and worse was my belly was touching the ground while I was doing the plank. The BF kept saying I was cheating cause he thought I was resting on my stomach but I wasn’t.. its just big.
Anyway I am hoping to lose a least an inch or two from this challenge. The BF is also doing this with me so we shall see how long he lasts.
Next month (Sept) I will be doing the 30 day squat challenge.. ill see how the BF goes before telling him he can do that to.. haha..
But I have decided also not to really measure myself. Then I get all obsessed and upset if nothing happens. I will go by way of my belt on my jeans (which right now stands at the last notch) I want to get at least on more down and whether my belly gets off the floor and
I improve my posture with the plank.
So today is day 2.. feeling good. Wish me luck
