Today, being Saturday I found it difficult to get time in to do something. Today seemed to be really busy. I was running around doing a lot of errands (love those weekend errands). So I found it difficult to find time to get some exercise in..
So the only thing I could do that was while I was making dinner I put on the radio and danced away while cooking dinner..
Then just now I did some leg dips while watching TV
I guess this is part of a challenge.. finding, identifying and overcoming set backs.. I am sure I could have done better but that's a challenge and learning to overcome obstacles ..
