for some reason this weekend was difficult for me in this challenge.. not only did i forget to post but i... well.. forgot the challenge. BUT i did manage to get something in.. even without knowing it..
ill explain
yesterday afternoon i went to a friends BBQ.. i helped lug the food and drink down to the park site and last night i went to a show and danced.. believe me both times i work up a sweat..
so i think i did ok.. next weekend though i know i need to plan in advance
EDIT - judging by the way my shoulders and legs are feeling today i know i worked them from all the dancing last night.. :)
