ok so im back on the track with this..
First I got off the train one stop early and walked to work.. it might have only been 10 minutes but its better than nothing.
Also I walked today after work for 30 minutes with my walking buddy.. we couldn't do a full 90 minutes as she wasn't well.. but I convinced her to do at least 30 with me.. so we did..
So day 5 in the BAG...
