building. It was great as he came up with a pretty good plan for us with what we have in our building gym and we both needed that kick in the ass.. my legs are still killing me from that
J. As we were both sore from that workout session we really haven’t done much else in the way of weight trainings as we don’t want to injury ourselves more but I have been
keeping up with cardio. I am still walking with my girlfriend as much as possible and on Tuesday the BF and I went to the local pool and swam for 45 minutes. We would have done more but the place was closing for the evening (we got there late as we have a friend come over for dinner) so next week we will be going again for hopefully longer.
It was pretty funny… I haven’t been “swimming” in what seems like years. Usually my pool related activities are sitting by the pool drinking with the occasional dip to cool down. I know I am unfit but jeebus it was bad J. It also seems like I have forgotten how to swim. I mean proper swim, like laps so I am teaching myself again to swim. But it was
fun and worked all my body so we will be doing that
again.
Both of us have been eating pretty healthy and doing lots of
exercise related stuff to get us on the right track.
It’s a start and so far heading in the right direction.
