Later on this year I am heading home for a holiday and want to be in the best shape I can be for that trip. I promised my dad that the next time he saw me he wouldn’t see “all” of me. But I also there is another reason. Its kinda selfish and stupid but also very motivating. I am going to be running into people I haven’t seen in years and I want to make sure I am in the best possible shape I can be. I want them to WOW at me
So I worked it out.. 182 days, 26 weeks until I leave and starting today each week I will post a blog about my progress.
I will post another blog tonight about the start of my process.. I need to go home and weigh and measure myself first so I know where I can start from.
I have been pretty good at keeping records of my eating and exercise and want to use that to keep me motivated.
