But last night during my walk i felt awesome. I was having so much fun. Not sure if it was because it was perfect weather (sunny with a cool breeze) whether it was because i just had my nails done or what but i literally felt.. on top of the world.. like i can take on anything..
I want to remind myself of that feeling.. because it was a great motivation tool..
When i got home from my walk i recieved some great stuff in the mail. Some great coupons that i have been waiting for for weeks but hadn't arrived due to the postal strike and my Prevention.com Walk off the Weight book, which i got for a great deal on line. So all in all a great day yesterday.
I now have sooo many coupons that i have to invest in a coupon binder to keep them organized as my system now isn't working anymore. Very happy with that one. And hopefully some great deals coming up in the future..
And i plan to start the Walk off the Weight program on Friday. I would tonight but i am giving blood this afternoon and you should exercise after giving blood (give the body sometime to rest. And Thursday i have a busy day with work so i am going to rest that night or perhaps hike with the BF. depending on how i feel.
The program comes with a journal book that is used to help record food intake, as well as walking and other exercises you do.. but also things like energy levels and moods.. something i think will help me over time to access things.. wish me luck.. Keep tuned for updates on how that program goes
