I made my lunch to take to work and went for a walk at lunch time. I also went for a walk (using the treadmill in the gym downstairs of my appartment building) and also a 10 minute bike ride. My biggest accomplishment for today was when i was doing my walk on the treadmill tonight i was able to run 3 one minute intervals without getting really puffed out and recovered well from it. So i was very happy with that...
But still i have been writting down everything i eat and drink and like i said i went for a walk during my lunch break.
So my goals for this is to loose 20 pounds. Which is in 8 weeks so i think thats a pretty reasonable goal to strive for.
One thing i noticed when journally my food was how quickly the calories counted up. I mean i racked up 2000 today.. when my goal was 1600. And i eat pretty healthy and not alot. I would have been ok if i didn't have a starbucks frappachino when i went to have a meeting with a friend of mine. The calories i racked up i drunk. But its ok.. this is what happens at the start.. you figure out what you were doing wrong and fix it. so know i can fix it..
