Besides i don't want to loose to much to fast otherwise i will either put it back on OR my body wont be able to handle sudden weight loss and i get ill.
Regardless i am happy with the weight loss. Motivation to keep me going.
Been on the Weight watchers plan for little over at week and the proof that its working came on Sunday for my weigh in day. Its official i am 2.5 pounds lighter. Pretty good if you ask me. Its a little but its a start and the best way to start is at the beginning.
