Monday i woke up sick. I woke up with a headaches, sore throat and high fever.. not sure what i caught but it was nasty. I felt sooo tired. In fact i slept most of the day Monday. Its now Thursday and i still haven't got over it quite enough to begin exercising.. i still cough a lot but it is getting better. I haven't walked in 4 days.
But really what can i do. I remember reading once someone explaining life as the game chutes and ladders.. just when you think you are far enough you get a chute.. but then also comes ladders which brings you back. It all depends on how you deal with it. I am not upset just more annoyed i got sick.. i HATE being sick.
I worked out it was because of my bad diet (little fruits or vegetables) and busy scheduled i ran my body down.
Then i realized that the month is half over and i haven't completed or got to any of my goals for the month. I have been going to bed earlier at night which i have noticed makes me less tired during the day but i need to improve on that.
So my goal is to start on Saturday. Hopefully i will be fully over this.. whatever it was i got and can exercise without coughing all over the place.
Also since me the BF stocked up on some things over the last two weeks (yes we have had great luck with store specials and couponing) our plan for the next two weeks is to do a small grocery shop.. little things from Save on as well as bread, milk and fresh stuff and then just eat what we have in the pantry. Only whats in the pantry. The only things we need to get is essestionals like fresh stuff. We want to completely clear out the stock we have.
Also since i didn't eat much in the way of fruits and vegetables last week, resulting in me getting sick.. i also want to try out at least one completely vegetarian dish. Should be fun.
So yeah.. Saturday is it. My goal was to loose 5-10 pounds this month so i better get on that :)
