Couple of weeks ago I was on such a roll with working out and walking then got sick with a bad cold. Now all recovered from that I was back on the roll after recovering from the cold and now my back has gone out. Actually it went out on Monday but still. I was doing so well again and now this.
I guess this is just what life throw at you. Worst part I don’t even know how I did it. I guess spending time on the computer at home hunched over and then getting up wrong did it or something like that.
Oh well whatever the reason I just have to wait until my back is better before doing any lifting and then being careful about it.
I also use this experience as a reminder to strengthen my back and core muscles so I don’t hurt it again.
