Day 14... Knowing that I wouldn’t have a lot of time after work before heading up to volunteer for a local show I went for a 30 minute walk at lunch time. It was actually a nice break to get out of the office for a while. Kinda relaxing. So 30 minutes complete. Although with all the running around I did for the show that night I know I did more cardio LOL
Day 15 ... Today was a good one. The rain has stopped and me and my friend walked for 90 minutes. She was having a really rough day so it was good to get out and walk for a while. By the time we had finished she was feeling much better. Prove that exercise is good for the body and soul.. day 15 complete.
Day 16... We didn’t manage to get a full 90 minutes today as it was Friday and honestly we didn’t want to get that much in. BUT we did do 45 minutes which is better than I kick in the pants.. so Day 16 Complete
Day 17.. This was a tricky one. It was a Saturday and I spent the day running around doing errands and felt that I wasn’t going to get any time in. The day seemed to just get away from me. But I managed to get some time in after dinner and went downstairs to our building gym and biked for 20 minutes. I know I should have done 30 but after 20 my hip was playing up and I wanted to be careful of it because of injuries that I sustained last year. So this is a
half complete day. 20 minutes of cardio but not a full 30 like the challenge said
Day 18 – This day was a complete bust. I just couldn’t get the motivation to do anything. I just put on the walking dead marathon and crafted my heart out. Prepping my formal wear attire for the cruise. Next thing I knew it was 9pm.. This day just gone.. dam it.
Day 19-21... Each of these days was a complete success. Each day me and my friend walked an hour each. The weather has been awesome and we just walked and talked and got
some great walking in. each day a complete success..
Day 22 (today). Today I did Just Dance 4 on the Wii for 45 minutes. I just put on the Sweat Dance mode which basically is random songs with a 20 second cardio kickbox in between... Actually it was a lot of fun.. so.. today COMPLETE
So yes that is my challenge details so far. Had some stumbles on the way but continuing on.. Over half way now.. almost there..
