Well 2012 is here and 2011 is gone. Despite the stress i had in 2011 i had some great times to. I mean i went home for 3 weeks and saw my family and Aussie friends. I learnt a great deal about myself and those around me and discovered that i have the strength to face many things and deal with them if necessary.
So things have been going so well in 2011 in paying off my debts. Did very well just before my trip and then off course spent more on my trip :) BUT after the trip me and the BF have been doing awesome in paying off our debts. We have our plans for this year in relation to paying off debts and travelling. We have cut back on unnecessary spending and using that money towards the debt repayments.
So as well on focusing on paying off debts i am not focusing on weight loss. Afterall its half the reason for the blog in the first place.. so if i can focus my energy on weight loss as much as i do on paying off debts i should be ok in achieving it.
So as for new years resolutions, i resolve to smile more and stress less. However i am calling this next group goals instead of resolutions as i can break these down and aim towards and more likely to be achieved (and therefore rewarded teehee)
So my goals for 2012 is as follows:
- Pay off at least 2 credit cards in full.
- Go to Cuba in September or October this year
- Attend another city in the USA for the weekend (either Portland, Chicago or LA
- Loose average 2 pounds a week from now to September
- Be bikini ready for Cuba
- take a creative writing class
- Craft more
- Get 8 hours a sleep on average a night
So that's my goals for 2012. So the next step is to break down these goals and see what tasks need to be done to achieve them.
