Last November it started with cutting back on energy drinks. And although i still have an energy drink from time to time (i can't help it i like the taste) i definitely have cut back a lot since say a few months prior to that challenge. I was drinking at least one every day. Now i am down to about 1 or 2 a week depending on how busy i am.. but its getting better.
Last month, as you know, i cut back on chips and dip for the month and that was a challenge in itself for me.. but i did it.
So for much i am continuing on the theme of diet and cutting back on pop. Starting March 4 (two days ago) i am documenting how much pop i am having and hopefully can get it down to one glass a day or no glasses a day. Lets see how i go with this. This should be an interesting one LOL
