Also its Friday, its payday and the budget balances.. feeling good.
Monday i am going to resume my lunch time walks. Last year i would walk almost every day
with a work collogue of mine for 30 minutes. It was a great way to get some sunshine in, get 30 minutes of exercise in daily and it helped me last year drop the weight. I hope to do that again. So, as i said i am going to resume my lunch time walks. 30 minutes everyday (weather dependant).
The girl i used to walk with no longer works at the office but i have had a few other friends of mine enquire about it (one girl even said she noticed a big difference in me last year and she hopes it will help her to) so i still have someone to walk with.
