But things seem to have slowed down now, which is good.. just in time for summer. Thankfully with all the stress in my life over the past 6 weeks I haven’t put on any weight. I kept reminding myself to eat healthy food wherever possible and instead of stopping a McDonalds while on my way home because It was convenient I brought extra food and snacked on that. I hopefully can keep up that momentum during busier parts of my life.
Now that things have slowed down a little its time to focus more on me again. Eat right, exercise, get healthy and save money. Currently I have lost about 14 pounds since Christmas.
I was hoping to have lost a whole lot more by now but you know.. life.. so again its time to refocus. It doesn’t matter how many times I stumble. Only that I keep on getting up and
